Scene Director is developed, operated, and published by URSUS Loft. Scene Director assists with local prompt drafting and reference organization; it is not an image generation service.
External AI services, models, availability, policies, and generated results are outside Scene Director's control. Users are responsible for confirming that they have the necessary rights and permissions for reference images, characters, logos, trademarks, and prompts they use.
When users use an external AI service, that service's terms and privacy policy apply. Distribution, purchase, licensing, and refund matters handled by Microsoft Store are governed by the applicable Microsoft Store terms and policies.
